The kettle was packaged well but that is as good as it gets. It does not hold heat and begin losing heat when unplugged, poorly insulated, and you can feel heat while holding the kettle. Accessories appeared promising but what’s the use when it does not maintain temperature. Stars are for packaging which made it easy to return
